SALTED CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

Enjoy the perfect balance of sweet and salty with our sea salt chocolate chip cookies with a soft and chewy texture and crispy edges.

Step 1: Cream butter 

In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to blend the softened butter with the brown and white sugars for 3 minutes.

Step 2: Add egg & vanilla

Add the room-temperature egg and vanilla extract and mix again with an electric mixer to incorporate.

Step 3: Add flour mixture

Add the flour, sifted with the baking powder, baking soda and sea salt, and mix with a spatula to incorporate.

Step 4 : Add chocolate chips

Add the chocolate chips and mix again with a spatula to incorporate them.

Step 5 : Shape balls

Using a cookie scoop, form balls of cookie dough and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for about 15 minutes.

Step 6 : Enjoy !
