Puff pastry apple tart on crispy puff pastry with apple sauce and thin slices of apple. For about 10-12 portions
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 357°F / 180°C.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a sheet of baking paper to a thickness of 3 mm into a rectangle or round shape.
- Place the pastry dough on a baking sheet.
- Spread a layer of applesauce over the entire surface, leaving a small border.
- Cut the apples into thin slices and arrange them on your tart base.
- Sprinkle the top with cane sugar and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until the crust is golden brown and the apples are softened.
