Ingredients 

Place all ingredients in a saucepan, add water and cook for 10 minutes, then strain.

Heat the milk in a saucepan or in the microwave and pour it first into a cup.

Pour the chai mixture into the milk.

Whip the cold heavy cream with a milk frother until thick.

Pour the cream topping over the top of the chai latte, add a pinch of cinnamon to decorate and enjoy hot.
