- Oreo crust - Chocolate - Cream cheese - Sugar - Sour cream - Vanilla extract - Eggs - Chocolate ganache - Whipped cream

Mix the Oreo crumbs with the melted butter and pack the mixture into a springform pan. Place in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Beat the cream cheese with the sugar, then add the sour cream, vanilla and eggs. Finish by adding the melted, slightly cooled dark chocolate.

Mix until you have a smooth, creamy chocolate cheesecake mixture.

Pour mixture into springform pan over oreo crust pie. Bake at 302°F for 90 minutes with a water bath.

Leave the chocolate cheesecake to cool for an hour in the oven with the door open, then leave to cool completely before placing in the fridge overnight.

Enjoy!

Mix the melted chocolate with heavy cream and pour over the cold cheesecake, add whipping cream and enjoy.
