Fudgy Oreo brownies

Easy Recipe - Fudgy & Chocolatey

INGREDIENTS

Step 1: Melt butter and chocolate.

Step 2: In another bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar and vanilla, then stir in the melted chocolate.

Step 3: Add the dry ingredients and fold in gently with a spatula.

Step 4: Add the chopped oreo cookies and stir in.

Step 5: Pour the batter into a square pan, add Oreo cookies on top and bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.

Step 6: Leave to cool completely in the tin before cutting into 16 parts.

Enjoy! Enjoy with a cup of coffee or a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
