CHEESECAKE

NEW YORK STYLE

INGREDIENTS 

Crust : - Graham crackers - Unsalted butter Cheesecake filling :  - Cream cheese - Granulated Sugar - Eggs + yolk - Sour cream - Lemon Juice - Vanilla extract - Cornstarch

Step 1: Combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter, press into the bottom of the pan and place in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Step 2: Whisk granulated sugar with cream cheese.

Step 3: Gradually incorporate the beaten eggs

Step 4: Gently stir in sour cream, lemon juice, vanilla and cornstarch.

Step 5: Pour the cheesecake mixture into the pan over the graham cracker crust.

Baking: Bake the cheesecake for 90 minutes in an oven preheated to 150°F, then leave to cool in the oven, ajar and off, for 1 hour.

Enjoy : Leave the New York style cheesecake in its pan in the fridge overnight before unmolding and serving with a berry coulis.
