Easy Recipe - with Oreo Crust

Ingredients

- Oreo crust : Oreo cookies + Melted butter - Oreo cheesecake : Cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, whipped cream, crushed Oreos. - Whipped cream topping : Heavy cream + powdered sugar. See more

Mix the fine Oreos cookie crumbs with the melted butter and pack into an 8-inch springform pan, then place in the fridge.

Whip cream cheese, vanilla and sugar with electric mixer.

Add the previously beaten heavy cream and crushed Oreos and fold in gently.

Pour the mixture into the springform pan, smooth the top and place in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
