Step 1: Milk

Heat the milk in a saucepan, in the microwave or using the steam nozzle on your espresso machine. If necessary, froth the milk with a milk frother or milk steamer for a creamier drink. Pour milk first into a tall glass.

 Step 2: Espresso 

Prepare a double espresso or your usual coffee and pour it into the glass containing the milk.

 Step 3: Mascarpone cream

Whisk the cold mascarpone with the heavy cream, powdered sugar and vanilla, then add to your drink. Add a little cocoa powder on top.

Recipe Variations

Caramel Tiramisu latte: Mix a tablespoon of salted butter caramel into your latte for a caramelized flavor Chocolate Tiramisu latte: Add cocoa powder, chocolate syrup or chocolate chips for a chocolaty infusion. Cinnamon or Spicy Tiramisu latte: Sprinkle with ground cinnamon for a spicy flavor or a dash of pumpkin pie spice blend, perfect for the Autumn season. Frozen or Iced Tiramisu latte recipe: Make an iced coffee by adding ice cubes and blending in a blender or in an iced Tiramisu latte version, serving all ingredients cold with whole ice cubes. Tiramisu Mocha latte: combine a Tiramisu latte with a Mocha latte, incorporating melted chocolate. Lighter or Vegan Tiramisu latte: Use almond milk or another vegetable drink with no added sugar, and natural or light sugar such as maple syrup or agave syrup.
