Ingredients
- ½ - 1 teaspoon matcha powder
- 60 ml (¼ cup) Water -hot or at room temperature
- 125 ml (½ cup) Milk - or vegetable drink
- 1 tsp. natural sugar - maple syrup or honey
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 4-5 Strawberries - fresh or frozen defrosted
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Mash the strawberries with a fork or in a blender until smooth.
- In a small bowl, prepare the matcha tea mixture by mixing the matcha green tea powder with room temperature water, maple syrup and vanilla extract until smooth and lump-free.
- Pour the strawberry purée into a tall glass filled with ice cubes.
