Ingredients you need

– 1 cucumber – 200 g spinach or kale – 1 zucchini – ¼ lime - or lemon – 1 small slice fresh ginger – 2 green apples - or pears _ 1 kiwi

Material you need

Slow Juicer machine or a powerful blender with a nut milk bag.

Wash and chop your fruit and vegetables (keeping the skin on).
