Juicer Comparison: Cold Press vs. Centrifugal
Choosing the right juicer can make a big difference in your green juice experience. Cold press juicers, also known as masticating juicers, slowly press and crush ingredients, preserving more nutrients and enzymes. They tend to be quieter and yield more juice but are slower and pricier.
On the other hand, centrifugal juicers use fast-spinning blades to quickly extract juice, making them faster and more affordable. However, they can produce heat, which may reduce nutrient levels and result in less juice.
How To Make A Detox Juice
Step 1: Start by cleaning under cold water all ingredients you use and preserve the skin because it contains a lot of vitamins and minerals (especially if you use organic products).
Step 2: Then using a cutting board and a large knife, cut your fruits, apples, kiwi, lemon and vegetables, spinach, cucumber, kale, ginger and others into small pieces. (small enough to fit into your extractor, use the whole vegetables and fruits (also the seeds).
Step 3: Begin by passing the leafy greens, baby spinach leaves, and Chinese cabbage through and accompany it with pieces of cucumber or apples to make it easier to get into the extractor. (to avoid blocking)
Then continue by passing all the fruits and vegetables alternately and this until you get a green juice more or less dark green and that all the pulp is well out.
Enjoy! You can drink your juice immediately or pour it into a glass bottle with a lid and place it in the refrigerator. (to be drunk fresh or add ice cubes)

Dou Lar
Never put fruits in detox juices with vegetables, because fruits are digested in the small intestine and not in the stomach like vegetables. It is counter productive. It creates digestive disorders.
Fadela
Hi Dou Lar, in detox juices raw vegetables can be mixed with raw fruits. Already for the taste it is advised to use 40 % fruits and 60 % vegetables. In addition, the extractor separates the fibers from the juice, so the detox juices without the fibers are completely digestible, letting the body absorb all the nutrients of vegetables and fruits and that by putting at rest the digestive system.
Moreover it is strongly recommended to people with digestive disorders (damaged digestive system) to make detox juices (without fiber), full of nutrients and anti-oxidant to clean the body while putting the digestion at rest.
