This green detox smoothie is great because it is loaded with essential nutrients and vitamins for a natural energy boost. It helps cleanse the body of accumulated toxins and is also very effective for weight loss.
Green smoothie recipes are mostly made with a mixture of vegetables like spinach or kale, cucumber, and ginger which are full of nutrients and antioxidants.
Healthy smoothies are made with fruits for vitamins and fiber that naturally sweeten the smoothie like kiwi, apple, lime, and some tropical fruits that give a creamier texture like banana, pineapple, or mango.
Just combine all the smoothie ingredients in a good blender, using almond milk for a creamy texture. This easy blend gives you a delicious way to consume a hefty portion of veggies in one go!
