    • 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
    • 2 tbsp brown sugar
    • ¼ tsp baking powder
    • 1 pinch of salt
    • 3 tbsp milk
    • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
    • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
    • 2 tbsp chocolate chips
