    Recipe to make the chocolate chip mu cake for 1 standard cup.


    Ingredients

    • 3 tbsp. flour 
    • 2 tbsp. brown sugar 
    • ¼ tsp. baking powder
    • 1 pinch of salt
    • 3 tbsp milk
    • ¼ teaspoon vanilla
    • 3 tbsp melted butter 
    • 2 tbsp chocolate chips

    Instructions

    1. Place the dry ingredients in the mug, flour, brown sugar, baking powder and pinch of salt and mix with a tablespoon until well blended.
    2. Add the remaining ingredients, melted butter, milk and vanilla extract until smooth.
    3. Add the chocolate chips and mix a little.
    4. Heat in the microwave for 1 minute to 1 minute 30 max on high power.
    5. Let cool a little before enjoying your mug cake cookie with a little vanilla ice cream.

    Storage: The mug cake is best eaten immediately.

    You can replace the melted butter by neutral vegetable oil such as sunflower oil or grape seed oil.
