      Description

      Quick and easy Oreo balls recipe made with just 3 ingredients — Oreo cookies, cream cheese, and melted chocolate. These no-bake treats are creamy, fudgy, and covered with a smooth chocolate shell — perfect for holidays, parties, or gifting. (about 12 oreo truffles)


      Ingredients

      • 24 Oreo cookies – crushed into fine crumbs
      • 70 g (⅓ cup) Cream cheese – softened, full-fat
      • 150 g (7 oz) Chocolate – melted dark or milk chocolate for coating
      • 50 g (1.7 oz) White chocolate – optional, for drizzling or decoration

      Instructions

      1. Crush the Oreos in a food processor until very fine.
      2. Mix the crumbs with softened cream cheese in a bowl until smooth and sticky.
      3. Roll the mixture into small balls with your hands or a cookie scoop and place them on a tray lined with parchment paper.
      4. Chill in the fridge or freezer for 15–20 minutes.
      5. Melt the chocolate in the microwave or a double boiler until smooth.
